26 또 군사 중의 큰 용사는 요압의 아우 아사헬과 베들레헴 사람 도도의 아들 엘하난과
26 The mighty men wereAsahel the brother of Joab, Elhanan the son of Dodo of Bethlehem,
27 하롤 사람 삼훗과 블론 사람 헬레스와
27 Shammoth of Harod,Helez the Pelonite,
28 드고아 사람 익게스의 아들 이라와 아나돗 사람 아비에셀과
28 Ira the son of Ikkesh of Tekoa, Abiezer of Anathoth,
29 후사 사람 십브개와 아호아 사람 일래와
29 Sibbecai the Hushathite, Ilai the Ahohite,
30 느도바 사람 마하래와 느도바 사람 바아나의 아들 헬렛과
30 Maharai of Netophah, Heled the son of Baanah of Netophah,

32 Hurai of the brooks of Gaash, Abiel the Arbathite,
33 바하룸 사람 아스마웻(아스마웨ㅅ)과 사알본 사람 엘리아바와
33 Azmaveth of Baharum, Eliahba the Shaalbonite,
34 기손 사람 하셈의 아들들과 하랄 사람 사게의 아들 요나단과
34 Hashemthe Gizonite, Jonathan the son of Shagee the Hararite,
35 하랄 사람 사갈의 아들 아히암과 울의 아들 엘리발과
35 Ahiam the son of Sachar the Hararite, Eliphal the son of Ur,
36 므게랏 사람 헤벨과 블론 사람 아히야와
36 Hepher the Mecherathite, Ahijah the Pelonite,
37 갈멜 사람 헤스로와 에스배의 아들 나아래와
37 Hezro of Carmel, Naarai the son of Ezbai,
38 나단의 아우 요엘과 하그리의 아들 밉할과
38 Joel the brother of Nathan, Mibhar the son ofHagri,
39 암몬 사람 셀렉과 스루야의 아들 요압의 무기 잡은 자 베롯 사람 나하래와
39 Zelek the Ammonite, Naharai of Beeroth, the armor-bearer of Joab the son of Zeruiah,
40 이델 사람 이라와 이델 사람 가렙과
40 Ira the Ithrite, Gareb the Ithrite,
41 헷 사람 우리아와 알래의 아들 사밧과
41 Uriah the Hittite,Zabad the son of Ahlai,
42 르우벤 자손 시사의 아들 곧 르우벤 자손의 우두머리 아디나와 그 추종자 삼십 명과
42 Adina the son of Shiza the Reubenite, a leader of the Reubenites, and thirty with him,
43 마아가의 아들 하난과 미덴 사람 요사밧과
43 Hanan the son of Maacah, and Joshaphat the Mithnite,
44 아스드랏 사람 웃시야와 아로엘 사람 호담의 아들 사마와 여이엘과
44 Uzzia the Ashterathite, Shama and Jeiel the sons of Hotham the Aroerite,
45 시므리의 아들 여디아엘과 그의 아우 디스 사람 요하와
45 Jediael the son of Shimri, and Joha his brother, the Tizite,
46 마하위 사람 엘리엘과 엘라암의 아들 여리배와 요사위야와 모압 사람 이드마와
46 Eliel the Mahavite, and Jeribai, and Joshaviah, the sons of Elnaam, and Ithmah the Moabite,
47 엘리엘과 오벳과 므소바 사람 야아시엘이더라
47 Eliel, and Obed, and Jaasiel the Mezobaite.
12장
1 다윗이 기스의 아들 사울로 말미암아 시글락에 숨어 있을 때에 그에게 와서 싸움을 도운 용사 중에 든 자가 있었으니
1 Now these are the men who came to David at Ziklag, while he could not move about freely because of Saul the son of Kish. And they were among the mighty men who helped him in war.
2 그들은 활을 가지며 좌우 손을 놀려 물매도 던지며 화살도 쏘는 자요 베냐민 지파 사울의 동족인데 그 이름은 이러하니라
2 Theywere bowmen and could shoot arrows and sling stones with either the right or theleft hand; they were Benjaminites,Saul's kinsmen.
3 그 우두머리는 아히에셀이요 다음은 요아스이니 기브아 사람 스마아의 두 아들이요 또 아스마웻(아스마웨ㅅ)의 아들 여시엘과 벨렛과 또 브라가와 아나돗 사람 예후와
3 The chief was Ahiezer, then Joash, both sons of Shemaah ofGibeah; also Jeziel and Pelet, the sons of Azmaveth; Beracah, Jehu ofAnathoth,
4 기브온 사람 곧 삼십 명 중에 용사요 삼십 명의 우두머리가 된 이스마야이며 또 예레미야와 야하시엘과 요하난과 그데라 사람 요사밧과
4 Ishmaiah ofGibeon, a mighty man among the thirty and a leader over the thirty; Jeremiah,Jahaziel, Johanan, Jozabad of Gederah,
5 엘루새와 여리못과 브아랴와 스마랴와 하룹 사람 스바댜와
5 Eluzai,Jerimoth, Bealiah, Shemariah, Shephatiah the Haruphite;
6 고라 사람들 엘가나와 잇시야와 아사렐과 요에셀과 야소브암이며
6 Elkanah, Isshiah, Azarel, Joezer, and Jashobeam, theKorahites;
7 그돌 사람 여로함의 아들 요엘라와 스바댜더라
7 And Joelah and Zebadiah, the sons of Jeroham of Gedor.
8 갓 사람 중에서 광야에 있는 요새에 이르러 다윗에게 돌아온 자가 있었으니 다 용사요 싸움에 익숙하여 방패와 창을 능히 쓰는 자라 그의 얼굴은 사자 같고 빠르기는 산의 사슴 같으니
8 From the Gadites there went over to David at the stronghold in the wilderness mighty and experienced warriors, expert with shield and spear, whose faces were like the faces of lions and who wereswift as gazelles upon the mountains:
9 그 우두머리는 에셀이요 둘째는 오바댜요 셋째는 엘리압이요
9 Ezer the chief, Obadiah second, Eliab third,
10 넷째는 미스만나요 다섯째는 예레미야요
10 Mishmannah fourth, Jeremiah fifth,
11 여섯째는 앗대요 일곱째는 엘리엘이요
11 Attai sixth, Eliel seventh,
12 여덟째는 요하난이요 아홉째는 엘사밧이요
12 Johanan eighth, Elzabad ninth,
13 열째는 예레미야요 열한째는 막반내라
13 Jeremiah tenth, Machbannai eleventh.
14 이 갓 자손이 군대 지휘관이 되어 그 작은 자는 백부장이요, 그 큰 자는 천부장이더니
14 These Gadites were officers of the army; the least was amatch for a hundred men and the greatest for a thousand.
15 정월에 요단 강 물이 모든 언덕에 넘칠 때에 이 무리가 강물을 건너서 골짜기에 있는 모든 자에게 동서로 도망하게 하였더라
15 These are the men who crossed the Jordan in the first month, when it wasoverflowing all its banks, and put to flight all those in the valleys, to the east and to the west.
16 베냐민과 유다 자손 중에서 요새에 이르러 다윗에게 나오매
16 And some of the men of Benjamin and Judah came to the stronghold to David.
17 다윗이 나가서 맞아 그들에게 말하여 이르되 만일 너희가 평화로이 내게 와서 나를 돕고자 하면 내 마음이 너희 마음과 하나가 되려니와 만일 너희가 나를 속여 내 대적에게 넘기고자 하면 내 손에 불의함이 없으니 우리 조상들의 하나님이 감찰하시고 책망하시기를 원하노라 하매
17 David went out to meet them and said to them,If you have come to me in friendship to help me, my heart will be joined to you; but if to betray me to my adversaries, although there is no wrong in my hands, then may the God of our fathers see and rebuke you.
18 그 때에 성령이 삼십 명의 우두머리 아마새를 감싸시니 이르되 다윗이여 우리가 당신에게 속하겠고 이새의 아들이여 우리가 당신과 함께 있으리니 원하건대 평안하소서 당신도 평안하고 당신을 돕는 자에게도 평안이 있을지니 이는 당신의 하나님이 당신을 도우심이니이다 한지라 다윗이 그들을 받아들여 군대 지휘관을 삼았더라
18 Thenthe Spirit clothedAmasai, chief of the thirty, and he said,We are yours, O David,and with you, O son of Jesse!Peace, peace to you,and peace to your helpers!For your God helps you.Then David received them and made them officers of his troops.사도행전
28장
17 사흘 후에 바울이 유대인 중 높은 사람들을 청하여 그들이 모인 후에 이르되 여러분 형제들아 내가 이스라엘 백성이나 우리 조상의 관습을 배척한 일이 없는데 예루살렘에서 로마인의 손에 죄수로 내준 바 되었으니
17 After three days he called together the local leaders of the Jews, and when they had gathered, he said to them,Brothers,though I had done nothing against our people orthe customs of our fathers, yet I was delivered as a prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans.
18 로마인은 나를 심문하여 죽일 죄목이 없으므로 석방하려 하였으나
18 When they had examined me, theywished to set me at liberty,because there was no reason for the death penalty in my case.
19 유대인들이 반대하기로 내가 마지 못하여 가이사에게 상소함이요 내 민족을 고발하려는 것이 아니니라
19 But because the Jews objected, I was compelledto appeal to Caesar&emdash;though I had no charge to bring againstmy nation.
20 이러므로 너희를 보고 함께 이야기하려고 청하였으니 이스라엘의 소망으로 말미암아 내가 이 쇠사슬에 매인 바 되었노라
20 For this reason, therefore, I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it isbecause ofthe hope of Israel that I am wearingthischain.
21 그들이 이르되 우리가 유대에서 네게 대한 편지도 받은 일이 없고 또 형제 중 누가 와서 네게 대하여 좋지 못한 것을 전하든지 이야기한 일도 없느니라
21 And they said to him,We have received no letters from Judea about you, and none ofthe brothers coming here has reported or spoken any evil about you.
22 이에 우리가 너의 사상이 어떠한가 듣고자 하니 이 파에 대하여는 어디서든지 반대를 받는 줄 알기 때문이라 하더라
22 But we desire to hear from you what your views are, for with regard to thissect we know that everywhereit is spoken against.
23 그들이 날짜를 정하고 그가 유숙하는 집에 많이 오니 바울이 아침부터 저녁까지 강론하여 하나님의 나라를 증언하고 모세의 율법과 선지자의 말을 가지고 예수에 대하여 권하더라
23 When they had appointed a day for him, they came to him at his lodging in greater numbers. From morning till eveninghe expounded to them, testifying tothe kingdom of God andtrying to convince them about Jesusboth from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets.
24 그 말을 믿는 사람도 있고 믿지 아니하는 사람도 있어
24 Andsome were convinced by what he said, but others disbelieved.
25 서로 맞지 아니하여 흩어질 때에 바울이 한 말로 이르되 성령이 선지자 이사야를 통하여 너희 조상들에게 말씀하신 것이 옳도다
25 And disagreeing among themselves, they departed after Paul had made one statement:The Holy Spirit was right in saying to your fathers through Isaiah the prophet:
26 일렀으되 이 백성에게 가서 말하기를 너희가 듣기는 들어도 도무지 깨닫지 못하며 보기는 보아도 도무지 알지 못하는도다
26 Go to this people, and say,You will indeed hear but never understand,and you will indeed see but never perceive.
27 이 백성들의 마음이 우둔하여져서 그 귀로는 둔하게 듣고 그 눈은 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌아오면 내가 고쳐 줄까 함이라 하였으니
27 For this people's heart has grown dull,and with their ears they can barely hear,and their eyes they have closed;lest they should see with their eyesand hear with their earsand understand with their heartandturn, and I would heal them.
28 그런즉 하나님의 이 구원이 이방인에게로 보내어진 줄 알라 그들은 그것을 들으리라 하더라
28 Therefore let it be known to you thatthissalvation of Godhas been sent to the Gentiles;they will listen.
29 (없음)
30 바울이 온 이태를 자기 셋집에 머물면서 자기에게 오는 사람을 다 영접하고
30 He lived there two whole years at his own expense,andwelcomed all who came to him,
31 하나님의 나라를 전파하며 주 예수 그리스도에 관한 모든 것을 담대하게 거침없이 가르치더라
31 proclaimingthe kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christwith all boldness andwithout hindrance.
