16장
37 다윗이 아삽과 그 형제를 여호와의 언약궤 앞에 머물러 항상 그 궤 앞에서 섬기게 하되 날마다 그 일대로 하게 하였고
37 So David left Asaph and his brothers therebefore the ark of the covenant of theLordto minister regularly before the arkas each day required,
38 오벧에돔과 그 형제 육십 팔인과 여두둔의 아들 오벧에돔과 호사로 문지기를 삼았고
38 and alsoObed-edom and hissixty-eight brothers, whileObed-edom, the son of Jeduthun, andHosah were to be gatekeepers.
39 제사장 사독과 그 형제 제사장들로 기브온 산당에서 여호와의 성막 앞에 모시게 하여
39 And he leftZadok the priest and his brothers the priests before the tabernacle of theLordin the high place that was at Gibeon
40 항상 조석으로 번제단 위에 여호와께 번제를 드리되 여호와의 율법에 기록하여 이스라엘에게 명하신대로 다 준행하게 하였고
40 to offer burnt offerings to theLordon the altar of burnt offeringregularly morning and evening, to do all that is written in the Law of theLordthat he commanded Israel.
41 또 저희와 함께 헤만과 여두둔과 그 남아 택함을 받고 녹명된 자를 세워 여호와의 자비하심이 영원함을 인하여 감사하게 하였고
41 With them wereHeman and Jeduthunand the rest of those chosen andexpressly named to give thanks to theLord,for his steadfast love endures forever.
42 또 저희와 함께 헤만과 여두둔을 세워 나팔과 제금들과 하나님을 찬송하는 악기로 소리를 크게 내게 하였고 또 여두둔의 아들로 문을 지키게 하였더라
42 Heman and Jeduthun had trumpets and cymbals for the music and instrumentsfor sacred song. The sons of Jeduthun were appointed to the gate.
43 이에 뭇 백성은 각각 그 집으로 돌아가고 다윗도 자기 집을 위하여 축복하려고 돌아갔더라
43 Then all the people departed each to his house, and David went home to bless his household.17장
1 다윗이 그 궁실에 거할 때에 선지자 나단에게 이르되 나는 백향목 궁에 거하거늘 여호와의 언약궤는 휘장 밑에 있도다
1 Now when David lived in his house, David said to Nathan the prophet,Behold, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the ark of the covenant of theLordis under a tent.
2 나단이 다윗에게 고하되 하나님이 왕과 함께 계시니 무릇 마음에 있는바를 행하소서
2 And Nathan said to David,Do all that is in your heart, for God is with you.
3 그 밤에 하나님의 말씀이 나단에게 임하여 가라사대
3 But that same night the word of theLordcame to Nathan,
4 가서 내 종 다윗에게 말하기를 여호와의 말씀이 너는 나의 거할 집을 건축하지 말라
4 Go and tell my servant David,Thus says theLord:It is not you who will build me a house to dwell in.
5 내가 이스라엘을 올라오게 한 날부터 오늘날까지 집에 거하지 아니하고 오직 이 장막과 저 장막에 있으며 이 성막과 저 성막에 있었나니
5 For I have not lived in a house since the day I brought up Israel to this day,but I have gone from tent to tent and from dwelling to dwelling.
6 무릇 이스라엘 무리로 더불어 행하는 곳에서 내가 내 백성을 먹이라고 명한 이스라엘 어느 사사에게 내가 말하기를 너희가 어찌하여 나를 위하여 백향목 집을 건축하지 아니하였느냐고 말하였느냐 하고
6 In all places where I have moved with all Israel, did I speak a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd my people, saying,Why have you not built me a house of cedar?
7 연하여 내 종 다윗에게 이처럼 말하라 만군의 여호와께서 이처럼 말씀하시기를 내가 너를 목장 곧 양을 따르는데서 취하여 내 백성 이스라엘의 주권자를 삼고
7 Now, therefore, thus shall you say to my servant David,Thus says theLordof hosts, I took you from the pasture, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people Israel,
8 네가 어디를 가든지 내가 너와 함께 있어 네 모든 대적을 네 앞에서 멸하였은즉 세상에서 존귀한 자의 이름 같은 이름을 네게 만들어 주리라
8 and I have been with you wherever you have gone and have cut off all your enemies from before you. And I will make for you a name, like the name of the great ones of the earth.
9 내가 또 내 백성 이스라엘을 위하여 한 곳을 정하여 저희를 심고 저희로 자기 곳에 거하여 다시는 옮기지 않게 하며 악한 유로 전과 같이 저희를 해하지 못하게 하여
9 And I will appoint a place for my people Israel and will plant them, that they may dwell in their own place and be disturbed no more. And violent men shall waste them no more, as formerly,
10 전에 내가 사사를 명하여 내 백성 이스라엘을 다스리던 때와 같지 않게 하고 또 네 모든 대적으로 네게 복종하게 하리라 또 네게 이르노니 여호와가 너를 위하여 집을 세울찌라
10 from the time that I appointed judges over my people Israel. And Iwill subdue all your enemies. Moreover, I declare to you that theLordwill build you a house.
11 네 수한이 차서 네가 열조에게로 돌아가면 내가 네 뒤에 네 씨 곧 네 아들 중 하나를 세우고 그 나라를 견고하게 하리니
11 When your days are fulfilled to walk with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, one of your own sons, and I will establish his kingdom.
12 저는 나를 위하여 집을 건축할 것이요 나는 그 위를 영원히 견고하게 하리라
12 He shall build a house for me, and I will establish his throne forever.
13 나는 그 아비가 되고 그는 나의 아들이 되리니 나의 자비를 그에게서 빼앗지 아니하기를 내가 네 전에 있던 자에게서 빼앗음과 같이 하지 않을 것이며
13 I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. I will not take my steadfast love from him,as I took it from him who was before you,
14 내가 영영히 그를 내 집과 내 나라에 세우리니 그 위가 영원히 견고하리라 하셨다 하라
14 but I will confirm him in my house and in my kingdom forever, and his throne shall be established forever.
15 나단이 이 모든 말씀과 이 모든 묵시대로 다윗에게 고하니라
15 In accordance with all these words, and in accordance with all this vision, Nathan spoke to David.
16 다윗왕이 여호와 앞에 들어가 앉아서 가로되 여호와 하나님이여 나는 누구오며 내 집은 무엇이관대 나로 이에 이르게 하셨나이까
16 Then King David went in and sat before theLordand said,Who am I, OLordGod, and what is my house, that you have brought me thus far?
17 하나님이여 주께서 이것을 오히려 작게 여기시고 또 종의 집에 대하여 먼 장래까지 말씀하셨사오니 여호와 하나님이여 나를 존귀한 자 같이 여기셨나이다
17 And this was a small thing in your eyes, O God. You have also spoken of your servant's house for a great while to come, and have shown me future generations,OLordGod!
18 주께서 주의 종에게 베푸신 존귀에 대하여 다윗이 다시 무슨 말씀을 하오리이까 주께서는 주의 종을 아시나이다
18 And what more can David say to you for honoring your servant? For you know your servant.
19 여호와여 주께서 주의 종을 위하여 주의 뜻대로 이 모든 큰 일을 행하사 이 모든 큰 일을 알게 하셨나이다
19 For your servant's sake, OLord, and according to your own heart, you have done all this greatness, in making known all these great things.
20 여호와여 우리 귀로 들은 대로는 주와 같은이가 없고 주 외에는 참 신이 없나이다
20 There is none like you, OLord, and there is no God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
21 땅의 어느 한 나라가 주의 백성 이스라엘과 같으리이까 하나님이 가서 구속하사 자기 백성을 삼으시고 크고 두려운 일로 인하여 이름을 얻으시고 애굽에서 구속하신 자기 백성 앞에서 열국을 쫓아내셨사오며
21 And who is like your people Israel, the onenation on earth whom God went to redeem to be his people, making for yourself a name for great and awesome things, in driving out nations before your people whom you redeemed from Egypt?
22 주께서 주의 백성 이스라엘로 영원히 주의 백성을 삼으셨사오니 여호와여 주께서 저희 하나님이 되셨나이다
22 And you made your people Israel to be your people forever, and you, OLord, became their God.로마서
2장
17 유대인이라 칭하는 네가 율법을 의지하며 하나님을 자랑하며
17 But if you call yourself a Jew andrely on the law and boast in God
18 율법의 교훈을 받아 하나님의 뜻을 알고 지극히 선한 것을 좋게 여기며
18 and know his will and approve what is excellent, because you are instructed from the law;
19 네가 율법에 있는 지식과 진리의 규모를 가진 자로서 소경의 길을 인도하는 자요 어두움에 있는 자의 빛이요
19 and if you are sure that you yourself area guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,
20 어리석은 자의 훈도요 어린 아이의 선생이라고 스스로 믿으니
20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of children, having in the lawthe embodiment ofknowledge and truth&emdash;
21 그러면 다른 사람을 가르치는 네가 네 자신을 가르치지 아니하느냐 도적질 말라 반포하는 네가 도적질 하느냐
21 you then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal?
22 간음하지 말라 말하는 네가 간음하느냐 우상을 가증히 여기는 네가 신사 물건을 도적질 하느냐
22 You who say that one must not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do yourob temples?
23 율법을 자랑하는 네가 율법을 범함으로 하나님을 욕되게 하느냐
23 You whoboast in the lawdishonor God by breaking the law.
24 기록된 바와 같이 하나님의 이름이 너희로 인하여 이방인 중에서 모독을 받는도다
24 For,as it is written,The name of God is blasphemedamong the Gentiles because of you.
