이사야
10장
28 그가 아얏에 이르러 미그론을 지나 믹마스에 그의 장비를 두고
28 He has come to Aiath;he has passed throughMigron;at Michmash he storeshis baggage;
29 산을 넘어 게바에서 유숙하매 라마는 떨고 사울의 기브아는 도망하도다
29 they have crossed overthe pass;atGeba they lodge for the night;Ramah trembles;Gibeah of Saul has fled.
30 딸 갈림아 큰 소리로 외칠지어다 라이사야 자세히 들을지어다 가련하다 너 아나돗이여
30 Cry aloud, O daughter ofGallim!Give attention, O Laishah!O poorAnathoth!
31 맛메나는 피난하며 게빔 주민은 도망하도다
31 Madmenah is in flight;the inhabitants of Gebim flee for safety.
32 아직 이 날에 그가 놉에서 쉬고 딸 시온 산 곧 예루살렘 산을 향하여 그 손을 흔들리로다
32 This very day he will halt atNob;he will shake his fistat the mount ofthe daughter of Zion,the hill of Jerusalem.
33 보라 주 만군의 여호와께서 혁혁한 위력으로 그 가지를 꺾으시리니 그 장대한 자가 찍힐 것이요 그 높은 자가 낮아질 것이며
33 Behold, the LordGodof hostswill lopthe boughs with terrifying power;the great in height will be hewn down,and the lofty will be brought low.
34 쇠로 그 빽빽한 숲을 베시리니 레바논이 권능 있는 자에게 베임을 당하리라
34 He will cut downthe thickets of the forest with an axe,andLebanon will fall by the Majestic One.
11장
1 이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 그 뿌리에서 한 가지가 나서 결실할 것이요
1 There shall come forth a shoot from the stump ofJesse,and a branch from his roots shall bear fruit.
2 그의 위에 여호와의 영 곧 지혜와 총명의 영이요 모략과 재능의 영이요 지식과 여호와를 경외하는 영이 강림하시리니
2 Andthe Spirit of theLordshall rest upon him,the Spirit of wisdom and understanding,the Spirit of counsel and might,the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of theLord.
3 그가 여호와를 경외함으로 즐거움을 삼을 것이며 그의 눈에 보이는 대로 심판하지 아니하며 그의 귀에 들리는 대로 판단하지 아니하며
3 And his delight shall be in the fear of theLord.He shall not judge bywhat his eyes see,or decide disputes bywhat his ears hear,
4 공의로 가난한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며 그의 입의 막대기로 세상을 치며 그의 입술의 기운으로 악인을 죽일 것이며
4 butwith righteousness he shall judge the poor,and decide with equity for the meek of the earth;and he shallstrike the earth with the rod of his mouth,andwith the breath of his lipshe shall kill the wicked.
5 공의로 그의 허리띠를 삼으며 성실로 그의 몸의 띠를 삼으리라
5 Righteousness shall be the belt of his waist,andfaithfulness the belt of his loins.
6 그 때에 이리가 어린 양과 함께 살며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 누우며 송아지와 어린 사자와 살진 짐승이 함께 있어 어린 아이에게 끌리며
6 The wolf shall dwell with the lamb,and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat,and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together;and a little child shall lead them.
7 암소와 곰이 함께 먹으며 그것들의 새끼가 함께 엎드리며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹을 것이며
7 The cow and the bear shall graze;their young shall lie down together;and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 젖 먹는 아이가 독사의 구멍에서 장난하며 젖 뗀 어린 아이가 독사의 굴에 손을 넣을 것이라
8 The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra,and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den.
9 내 거룩한 산 모든 곳에서 해 됨도 없고 상함도 없을 것이니 이는 물이 바다를 덮음 같이 여호와를 아는 지식이 세상에 충만할 것임이니라
9 They shall not hurt or destroyin allmy holy mountain;for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of theLordas the waters cover the sea.
10 그 날에 이새의 뿌리에서 한 싹이 나서 만민의 기치로 설 것이요 열방이 그에게로 돌아오리니 그가 거한 곳이 영화로우리라
10 In that daythe root ofJesse, who shall stand asa signal for the peoples&emdash;of him shall the nations inquire, and his resting place shall be glorious.
11 그 날에 주께서 다시 그의 손을 펴사 그의 남은 백성을 앗수르와 애굽과 바드로스와 구스와 엘람과 시날과 하맛과 바다 섬들에서 돌아오게 하실 것이라
11 In that day the Lord will extend his hand yet a second time to recover the remnant that remains of his people,from Assyria,from Egypt, fromPathros, fromCush,fromElam, fromShinar, fromHamath, and fromthe coastlands of the sea.
12 여호와께서 열방을 향하여 기치를 세우시고 이스라엘의 쫓긴 자들을 모으시며 땅 사방에서 유다의 흩어진 자들을 모으시리니
12 He will raisea signal for the nationsand will assemblethe banished of Israel,and gather the dispersed of Judahfrom the four corners of the earth.
13 에브라임의 질투는 없어지고 유다를 괴롭게 하던 자들은 끊어지며 에브라임은 유다를 질투하지 아니하며 유다는 에브라임을 괴롭게 하지 아니할 것이요
13 The jealousy of Ephraim shall depart,and those who harass Judah shall be cut off;Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah,and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14 그들이 서쪽으로 블레셋 사람들의 어깨에 날아 앉고 함께 동방 백성을 노략하며 에돔과 모압에 손을 대며 암몬 자손을 자기에게 복종시키리라
14 But they shall swoop down on the shoulder of the Philistines in the west,and together they shall plunderthe people of the east.They shall put out their handagainstEdom andMoab,andthe Ammonites shall obey them.
15 여호와께서 애굽 해만을 말리시고 그의 손을 유브라데 하수 위에 흔들어 뜨거운 바람을 일으켜 그 하수를 쳐 일곱 갈래로 나누어 신을 신고 건너가게 하실 것이라
15 And theLordwill utterly destroythe tongue of the Sea of Egypt,and will wave his hand overthe Riverwith his scorching breath,and strike it into seven channels,and he will lead people across in sandals.
16 그의 남아 있는 백성 곧 앗수르에서 남은 자들을 위하여 큰 길이 있게 하시되 이스라엘이 애굽 땅에서 나오던 날과 같게 하시리라
16 And there will bea highway from Assyriafor the remnant that remains of his people,as there was for Israelwhen they came up from the land of Egypt.고린도후서
12장
19 너희는 이 때까지 우리가 자기 변명을 하는 줄로 생각하는구나 우리는 그리스도 안에서 하나님 앞에 말하노라 사랑하는 자들아 이 모든 것은 너희의 덕을 세우기 위함이니라
19 Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves to you? It isin the sight of God that we have been speaking in Christ, andall for your upbuilding, beloved.
20 내가 갈 때에 너희를 내가 원하는 것과 같이 보지 못하고 또 내가 너희에게 너희가 원하지 않는 것과 같이 보일까 두려워하며 또 다툼과 시기와 분냄과 당 짓는 것과 비방과 수군거림과 거만함과 혼란이 있을까 두려워하고
20 For I fear that perhapswhen I come I may find you not as I wish, and that you may find me not as you wish&emdash;that perhaps there may be quarreling, jealousy, anger, hostility, slander, gossip, conceit, and disorder.
21 또 내가 다시 갈 때에 내 하나님이 나를 너희 앞에서 낮추실까 두려워하고 또 내가 전에 죄를 지은 여러 사람의 그 행한 바 더러움과 음란함과 호색함을 회개하지 아니함 때문에 슬퍼할까 두려워하노라
21 I fear that when I come again my God may humble me before you, and I may have to mourn over many of thosewho sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity,sexual immorality, and sensuality that they have practiced.
