에스겔
20장
1 일곱째 해 다섯째 달 열째 날에 이스라엘 장로 여러 사람이 여호와께 물으려고 와서 내 앞에 앉으니
1 In the seventh year, in the fifth month, on the tenth day of the month, certain ofthe elders of Israel came to inquire of theLord,and sat before me.
2 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르시되
2 And the word of theLordcame to me:
3 인자야 이스라엘 장로들에게 말하여 이르라 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨느니라 너희가 내게 물으려고 왔느냐 내가 나의 목숨을 걸고 맹세하거니와 너희가 내게 묻기를 내가 용납하지 아니하리라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라
3 Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel, and say to them, Thus says the LordGod, Is it to inquire of me that you come?As I live, declares the LordGod,I will not be inquired of by you.
4 인자야 네가 그들을 심판하려느냐 네가 그들을 심판하려느냐 너는 그들에게 그들의 조상들의 가증한 일을 알게 하여
4 Will you judge them, son of man, will you judge them?Let them know the abominations of their fathers,
5 이르라 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 옛날에 내가 이스라엘을 택하고 야곱 집의 후예를 향하여 내 손을 들어 맹세하고 애굽 땅에서 그들에게 나타나 맹세하여 이르기를 나는 여호와 너희 하나님이라 하였노라
5 and say to them, Thus says the LordGod:On the day when I chose Israel,I sworeto the offspring of the house of Jacob,making myself known to them in the land of Egypt;I swore to them, saying, I am theLordyour God.
6 그 날에 내가 내 손을 들어 그들에게 맹세하기를 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내어 그들을 위하여 찾아 두었던 땅 곧 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅이요 모든 땅 중의 아름다운 곳에 이르게 하리라 하고
6 On that day I swore to them thatI would bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had searched out for them, a landflowing with milk and honey,the most glorious of all lands.
7 또 그들에게 이르기를 너희는 눈을 끄는 바 가증한 것을 각기 버리고 애굽의 우상들로 말미암아 스스로 더럽히지 말라 나는 여호와 너희 하나님이니라 하였으나
7 And I said to them,Cast away the detestable thingsyour eyes feast on, every one of you, and do not defile yourselves withthe idols of Egypt;I am theLordyour God.
8 그들이 내게 반역하여 내 말을 즐겨 듣지 아니하고 그들의 눈을 끄는 바 가증한 것을 각기 버리지 아니하며 애굽의 우상들을 떠나지 아니하므로 내가 말하기를 내가 애굽 땅에서 그들에게 나의 분노를 쏟으며 그들에게 진노를 이루리라 하였노라
8 But they rebelled against me and were not willing to listen to me.None of them cast away the detestable things their eyes feasted on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon themand spend my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.
9 그러나 내가 그들이 거주하는 이방인의 눈 앞에서 그들에게 나타나 그들을 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내었나니 이는 내 이름을 위함이라 내 이름을 그 이방인의 눈 앞에서 더럽히지 아니하려고 행하였음이라
9 But I actedfor the sake of my name,that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations among whom they lived,in whose sight I made myself known to them in bringing them out of the land of Egypt.
10 그러므로 내가 그들을 애굽 땅에서 나와서 광야에 이르게 하고
10 So I led them out of the land of Egypt and brought them into the wilderness.
11 사람이 준행하면 그로 말미암아 삶을 얻을 내 율례를 주며 내 규례를 알게 하였고
11 I gave them my statutes and made known to them my rules,by which, if a person does them, he shall live.
12 또 내가 그들을 거룩하게 하는 여호와인 줄 알게 하려고 내 안식일을 주어 그들과 나 사이에 표징을 삼았노라
12 Moreover, I gave themmy Sabbaths, as a sign between me and them,that they might know that I am theLordwho sanctifies them.
13 그러나 이스라엘 족속이 광야에서 내게 반역하여 사람이 준행하면 그로 말미암아 삶을 얻을 나의 율례를 준행하지 아니하며 나의 규례를 멸시하였고 나의 안식일을 크게 더럽혔으므로 내가 이르기를 내가 내 분노를 광야에서 그들에게 쏟아 멸하리라 하였으나
13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness.They did not walk in my statutes but rejected my rules, by which, if a person does them, he shall live;and my Sabbaths they greatly profaned.Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them in the wilderness, to make a full end of them.
14 내가 내 이름을 위하여 달리 행하였었나니 내가 그들을 인도하여 내는 것을 본 나라들 앞에서 내 이름을 더럽히지 아니하려 하였음이로라
14 But I acted for the sake of my name, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations,in whose sight I had brought them out.
15 또 내가 내 손을 들어 광야에서 그들에게 맹세하기를 내가 그들에게 허락한 땅 곧 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅이요 모든 땅 중의 아름다운 곳으로 그들을 인도하여 들이지 아니하리라 한 것은
15 Moreover,I swore to them in the wildernessthat I would not bring them into the land that I had given them, a landflowing with milk and honey,the most glorious of all lands,
16 그들이 마음으로 우상을 따라 나의 규례를 업신여기며 나의 율례를 행하지 아니하며 나의 안식일을 더럽혔음이라
16 because they rejected my rules and did not walk in my statutes, and profaned my Sabbaths;for their heart went after their idols.
17 그러나 내가 그들을 아껴서 광야에서 멸하여 아주 없이하지 아니하였었노라
17 Nevertheless,my eye spared them, and I did not destroy them ormake a full end of them in the wilderness.
18 내가 광야에서 그들의 자손에게 이르기를 너희 조상들의 율례를 따르지 말며 그 규례를 지키지 말며 그 우상들로 말미암아 스스로 더럽히지 말라
18 And I said totheir children in the wilderness, Do not walkin the statutes of your fathers, nor keep their rules,nor defile yourselves with their idols.
19 나는 여호와 너희 하나님이라 너희는 나의 율례를 따르며 나의 규례를 지켜 행하고
19 I am theLordyour God;walk in my statutes, and be careful to obey my rules,
20 또 나의 안식일을 거룩하게 할지어다 이것이 나와 너희 사이에 표징이 되어 내가 여호와 너희 하나님인 줄을 너희가 알게 하리라 하였노라
20 andkeep my Sabbaths holy thatthey may be a sign between me and you, that you may know that I am theLordyour God.
21 그러나 그들의 자손이 내게 반역하여 사람이 지켜 행하면 그로 말미암아 삶을 얻을 나의 율례를 따르지 아니하며 나의 규례를 지켜 행하지 아니하였고 나의 안식일을 더럽힌지라 이에 내가 이르기를 내가 광야에서 그들에게 내 분노를 쏟으며 그들에게 내 진노를 이루리라 하였으나
21 But the childrenrebelled against me.They did not walk in my statutes and were not careful to obey my rules, by which, if a person does them, he shall live; they profaned my Sabbaths.Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them and spend my anger against them in the wilderness.
22 내가 내 이름을 위하여 내 손을 막아 달리 행하였나니 내가 그들을 인도하여 내는 것을 본 여러 나라 앞에서 내 이름을 더럽히지 아니하려 하였음이로라
22 But I withheld my handand acted for the sake of my name,that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations, in whose sight I had brought them out.
23 또 내가 내 손을 들어 광야에서 그들에게 맹세하기를 내가 그들을 이방인 중에 흩으며 여러 민족 가운데에 헤치리라 하였나니
23 Moreover,I swore to them in the wildernessthat I would scatter them among the nations and disperse them through the countries,
24 이는 그들이 나의 규례를 행하지 아니하며 나의 율례를 멸시하며 내 안식일을 더럽히고 눈으로 그들의 조상들의 우상들을 사모함이며
24 because they had not obeyed my rules, but had rejected my statutes and profaned my Sabbaths,and their eyes were set on their fathers' idols.
25 또 내가 그들에게 선하지 못한 율례와 능히 지키지 못할 규례를 주었고
25 Moreover, I gave them statutes that were not good and rules by which they could not have life,히브리서
9장
11 그리스도께서는 장래 좋은 일의 대제사장으로 오사 손으로 짓지 아니한 것 곧 이 창조에 속하지 아니한 더 크고 온전한 장막으로 말미암아
11 But when Christ appeared as a high priestof the good things that have come,then throughthe greater and more perfect tent (not made with hands, that is, not of this creation)
12 염소와 송아지의 피로 하지 아니하고 오직 자기의 피로 영원한 속죄를 이루사 단번에 성소에 들어가셨느니라
12 heenteredonce for all into the holy places, not by means ofthe blood of goats and calves butby means of his own blood,thus securing an eternal redemption.
13 염소와 황소의 피와 및 암송아지의 재를 부정한 자에게 뿌려 그 육체를 정결하게 하여 거룩하게 하거든
13 For ifthe blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons withthe ashes of a heifer, sanctifyfor the purification of the flesh,
14 하물며 영원하신 성령으로 말미암아 흠 없는 자기를 하나님께 드린 그리스도의 피가 어찌 너희 양심을 죽은 행실에서 깨끗하게 하고 살아 계신 하나님을 섬기게 하지 못하겠느냐
14 how much more willthe blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spiritoffered himself without blemish to God,purify ourconsciencefrom dead worksto serve the living God.
15 이로 말미암아 그는 새 언약의 중보자시니 이는 첫 언약 때에 범한 죄에서 속량하려고 죽으사 부르심을 입은 자로 하여금 영원한 기업의 약속을 얻게 하려 하심이라
15 Therefore he isthe mediator of a new covenant, so thatthose who are called mayreceive the promised eternal inheritance,since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
16 유언은 유언한 자가 죽어야 되나니
16 For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established.
17 유언은 그 사람이 죽은 후에야 유효한즉 유언한 자가 살아 있는 동안에는 효력이 없느니라
17 Fora will takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive.
18 이러므로 첫 언약도 피 없이 세운 것이 아니니
18 Therefore not even the first covenant was inauguratedwithout blood.
19 모세가 율법대로 모든 계명을 온 백성에게 말한 후에 송아지와 염소의 피 및 물과 붉은 양털과 우슬초를 취하여 그 두루마리와 온 백성에게 뿌리며
19 For when every commandment of the law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he tookthe blood of calves and goats,with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,
20 이르되 이는 하나님이 너희에게 명하신 언약의 피라 하고
20 saying,This is the blood of the covenant that God commanded for you.
21 또한 이와 같이 피를 장막과 섬기는 일에 쓰는 모든 그릇에 뿌렸느니라
21 And in the same way he sprinkled with the blood boththe tent and all the vessels used in worship.
22 율법을 따라 거의 모든 물건이 피로써 정결하게 되나니 피흘림이 없은즉 사함이 없느니라
22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, andwithout the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.
