고린도후서 (2 Corinthians)
4:7-5:10
7 우리가 이 보배를 질그릇에 가졌으니 이는 심히 큰 능력은 하나님께 있고 우리에게 있지 아니함을 알게 하려 함이라
7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.
8 우리가 사방으로 우겨쌈을 당하여도 싸이지 아니하며 답답한 일을 당하여도 낙심하지 아니하며
8 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;
9 박해를 받아도 버린 바 되지 아니하며 거꾸러뜨림을 당하여도 망하지 아니하고
9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
10 우리가 항상 예수의 죽음을 몸에 짊어짐은 예수의 생명이 또한 우리 몸에 나타나게 하려 함이라
10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
11 우리 살아 있는 자가 항상 예수를 위하여 죽음에 넘겨짐은 예수의 생명이 또한 우리 죽을 육체에 나타나게 하려 함이라
11 For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus` sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body.
12 그런즉 사망은 우리 안에서 역사하고 생명은 너희 안에서 역사하느니라
12 So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
13 기록된 바 내가 믿었으므로 말하였다 한 것 같이 우리가 같은 믿음의 마음을 가졌으니 우리도 믿었으므로 또한 말하노라
13 It is written: "I believed; therefore I have spoken."With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak,
14 주 예수를 다시 살리신 이가 예수와 함께 우리도 다시 살리사 너희와 함께 그 앞에 서게 하실 줄을 아노라
14 because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in his presence.
15 이는 모든 것이 너희를 위함이니 많은 사람의 감사로 말미암아 은혜가 더하여 넘쳐서 하나님께 영광을 돌리게 하려 함이라
15 All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.
16 그러므로 우리가 낙심하지 아니하노니 우리의 겉사람은 낡아지나 우리의 속사람은 날로 새로워지도다
16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
17 우리가 잠시 받는 환난의 경한 것이 지극히 크고 영원한 영광의 중한 것을 우리에게 이루게 함이니
17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
18 우리가 주목하는 것은 보이는 것이 아니요 보이지 않는 것이니 보이는 것은 잠깐이요 보이지 않는 것은 영원함이라
18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
5장
1 만일 땅에 있는 우리의 장막 집이 무너지면 하나님께서 지으신 집 곧 손으로 지은 것이 아니요 하늘에 있는 영원한 집이 우리에게 있는 줄 아느니라
1 Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.
2 참으로 우리가 여기 있어 탄식하며 하늘로부터 오는 우리 처소로 덧입기를 간절히 사모하노라
2 Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling,
3 이렇게 입음은 우리가 벗은 자들로 발견되지 않으려 함이라
3 because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked.
4 참으로 이 장막에 있는 우리가 짐진 것 같이 탄식하는 것은 벗고자 함이 아니요 오히려 덧입고자 함이니 죽을 것이 생명에 삼킨 바 되게 하려 함이라
4 For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
5 곧 이것을 우리에게 이루게 하시고 보증으로 성령을 우리에게 주신 이는 하나님이시니라
5 Now it is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
6 그러므로 우리가 항상 담대하여 몸으로 있을 때에는 주와 따로 있는 줄을 아노니
6 Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord.
7 이는 우리가 믿음으로 행하고 보는 것으로 행하지 아니함이로라
7 We live by faith, not by sight.
8 우리가 담대하여 원하는 바는 차라리 몸을 떠나 주와 함께 있는 그것이라
8 We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
9 그런즉 우리는 몸으로 있든지 떠나든지 주를 기쁘시게 하는 자가 되기를 힘쓰노라
9 So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it.
10 이는 우리가 다 반드시 그리스도의 심판대 앞에 나타나게 되어 각각 선악간에 그 몸으로 행한 것을 따라 받으려 함이라
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.시편 (Psalms)
71
1 여호와여 내가 주께 피하오니 내가 영원히 수치를 당하게 하지 마소서
1 In you, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame.
2 주의 의로 나를 건지시며 나를 풀어 주시며 주의 귀를 내게 기울이사 나를 구원하소서
2 Rescue me and deliver me in your righteousness; turn your ear to me and save me.
3 주는 내가 항상 피하여 숨을 바위가 되소서 주께서 나를 구원하라 명령하셨으니 이는 주께서 나의 반석이시요 나의 요새이심이니이다
3 Be my rock of refuge, to which I can always go; give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.
4 나의 하나님이여 나를 악인의 손 곧 불의한 자와 흉악한 자의 장중에서 피하게 하소서
4 Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of evil and cruel men.
5 주 여호와여 주는 나의 소망이시요 내가 어릴 때부터 신뢰한 이시라
5 For you have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth.
6 내가 모태에서부터 주를 의지하였으며 나의 어머니의 배에서부터 주께서 나를 택하셨사오니 나는 항상 주를 찬송하리이다
6 From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother`s womb. I will ever praise you.
7 나는 무리에게 이상한 징조 같이 되었사오나 주는 나의 견고한 피난처시오니
7 I have become like a portent to many, but you are my strong refuge.
8 주를 찬송함과 주께 영광 돌림이 종일토록 내 입에 가득하리이다
8 My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.
9 늙을 때에 나를 버리지 마시며 내 힘이 쇠약할 때에 나를 떠나지 마소서
9 Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone.
10 내 원수들이 내게 대하여 말하며 내 영혼을 엿보는 자들이 서로 꾀하여
10 For my enemies speak against me; those who wait to kill me conspire together.
11 이르기를 하나님이 그를 버리셨은즉 따라 잡으라 건질 자가 없다 하오니
11 They say, "God has forsaken him; pursue him and seize him, for no one will rescue him."
12 하나님이여 나를 멀리 하지 마소서 나의 하나님이여 속히 나를 도우소서
12 Be not far from me, O God; come quickly, O my God, to help me.
13 내 영혼을 대적하는 자들이 수치와 멸망을 당하게 하시며 나를 모해하려 하는 자들에게는 욕과 수욕이 덮이게 하소서
13 May my accusers perish in shame; may those who want to harm me be covered with scorn and disgrace.
14 나는 항상 소망을 품고 주를 더욱더욱 찬송하리이다
14 But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.
15 내가 측량할 수 없는 주의 공의와 구원을 내 입으로 종일 전하리이다
15 My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure.
16 내가 주 여호와의 능하신 행적을 가지고 오겠사오며 주의 공의만 전하겠나이다
16 I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign LORD; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone.
17 하나님이여 나를 어려서부터 교훈하셨으므로 내가 지금까지 주의 기이한 일들을 전하였나이다
17 Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds.
18 하나님이여 내가 늙어 백발이 될 때에도 나를 버리지 마시며 내가 주의 힘을 후대에 전하고 주의 능력을 장래의 모든 사람에게 전하기까지 나를 버리지 마소서
18 Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.
19 하나님이여 주의 의가 또한 지극히 높으시니이다 하나님이여 주께서 큰 일을 행하셨사오니 누가 주와 같으리이까
19 Your righteousness reaches to the skies, O God, you who have done great things. Who, O God, is like you?
20 우리에게 여러 가지 심한 고난을 보이신 주께서 우리를 다시 살리시며 땅 깊은 곳에서 다시 이끌어 올리시리이다
20 Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.
21 나를 더욱 창대하게 하시고 돌이키사 나를 위로하소서
21 You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.
22 나의 하나님이여 내가 또 비파로 주를 찬양하며 주의 성실을 찬양하리이다 이스라엘의 거룩하신 주여 내가 수금으로 주를 찬양하리이다
22 I will praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praise to you with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel.
23 내가 주를 찬양할 때에 나의 입술이 기뻐 외치며 주께서 속량하신 내 영혼이 즐거워하리이다
23 My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you-- I, whom you have redeemed.
24 나의 혀도 종일토록 주의 의를 작은 소리로 읊조리오리니 나를 모해하려 하던 자들이 수치와 무안을 당함이니이다
24 My tongue will tell of your righteous acts all day long, for those who wanted to harm me have been put to shame and confusion.
