40장
7 그 문간에 문지기 방들이 있는데 각기 길이가 한 장대요 너비가 한 장대요 각방 사이 벽이 다섯 척이며 안쪽 문 통로의 길이가 한 장대요 그 앞에 현관이 있고 그 앞에 안 문이 있으며
7 Andthe side rooms, one reed long and one reed broad; and the space between the side rooms, five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the vestibule of the gate at the inner end, one reed.
8 그가 또 안 문의 현관을 측량하니 한 장대며
8 Then he measured the vestibule of the gateway, on the inside, one reed.
9 안 문의 현관을 또 측량하니 여덟 척이요 그 문 벽은 두 척이라 그 문의 현관이 안으로 향하였으며
9 Then he measured the vestibule of the gateway, eight cubits;and its jambs, two cubits; and the vestibule of the gate was at the inner end.
10 그 동문간의 문지기 방은 왼쪽에 셋이 있고 오른쪽에 셋이 있으니 그 셋이 각각 같은 크기요 그 좌우편 벽도 다 같은 크기며
10 And there were three side rooms on either side of the east gate.The three were of the same size, and the jambs on either side were of the same size.
11 또 그 문 통로를 측량하니 너비가 열 척이요 길이가 열세 척이며
11 Then he measured the width of the opening of the gateway, ten cubits; and the length of the gateway, thirteen cubits.
12 방 앞에 간막이 벽이 있는데 이쪽 간막이 벽도 한 척이요 저쪽 간막이 벽도 한 척이며 그 방은 이쪽도 여섯 척이요 저쪽도 여섯 척이며
12 There was a barrier before the side rooms, one cubit on either side. And the side rooms were six cubits on either side.
13 그가 그 문간을 측량하니 이 방 지붕 가에서 저 방 지붕 가까지 너비가 스물다섯 척인데 방문은 서로 반대되었으며
13 Then he measured the gate from the ceiling of the one side room to the ceiling of the other, a breadth of twenty-five cubits; the openings faced each other.
14 그가 또 현관을 측량하니 너비가 스무 척이요 현관 사방에 뜰이 있으며
14 He measured alsothe vestibule, twenty cubits. And around the vestibule of the gateway was the court.
15 바깥 문 통로에서부터 안 문 현관 앞까지 쉰 척이며
15 From the front of the gate at the entrance to the front of the inner vestibule of the gate was fifty cubits.
16 문지기 방에는 각각 닫힌 창이 있고 문 안 좌우편에 있는 벽 사이에도 창이 있고 그 현관도 그러하고 그 창은 안 좌우편으로 벌여 있으며 각 문 벽 위에는 종려나무를 새겼더라
16 And the gateway hadwindows all around, narrowing inwards toward the side rooms and toward theirjambs, and likewise the vestibule had windows all around inside, and on the jambs werepalm trees.
17 그가 나를 데리고 바깥뜰에 들어가니 뜰 삼면에 박석 깔린 땅이 있고 그 박석 깔린 땅 위에 여러 방이 있는데 모두 서른이며
17 Then he brought me intothe outer court. And behold, there werechambers and apavement, all around the court.Thirty chambers faced the pavement.
18 그 박석 깔린 땅의 위치는 각 문간의 좌우편인데 그 너비가 문간 길이와 같으니 이는 아래 박석 땅이며
18 And the pavement ran along the side of the gates, corresponding to the length of the gates. This was the lower pavement.
19 그가 아래 문간 앞에서부터 안뜰 바깥 문간 앞까지 측량하니 그 너비가 백 척이며 동쪽과 북쪽이 같더라
19 Then he measured the distance from the inner front of the lower gate to the outer front of the inner court,a hundred cubits on the east side and on the north side.
20 그가 바깥뜰 북쪽을 향한 문간의 길이와 너비를 측량하니
20 As forthe gate that faced toward the north, belonging tothe outer court, he measured its length and its breadth.
21 길이는 쉰 척이요 너비는 스물다섯 척이며 문지기 방이 이쪽에도 셋이요 저쪽에도 셋이요 그 벽과 그 현관도 먼저 측량한 문간과 같으며
21 Itsside rooms, three on either side, and its jambs and its vestibule were of the same size as those ofthe first gate. Its length wasfifty cubits, and its breadthtwenty-five cubits.
22 그 창과 현관의 길이와 너비와 종려나무가 다 동쪽을 향한 문간과 같으며 그 문간으로 올라가는 일곱 층계가 있고 그 안에 현관이 있으며
22 Andits windows, its vestibule, andits palm trees were of the same size as those of the gate that faced toward the east. And by seven stepspeople would go up to it, and find its vestibule before them.
23 안뜰에도 북쪽 문간과 동쪽 문간과 마주 대한 문간들이 있는데 그가 이 문간에서 맞은쪽 문간까지 측량하니 백 척이더라
23 And opposite the gate on the north, as on the east, was a gate tothe inner court. Andhe measured from gate to gate, a hundred cubits.
24 그가 또 나를 이끌고 남으로 간즉 남쪽을 향한 문간이 있는데 그 벽과 현관을 측량하니 먼저 측량한 것과 같고
24 And he led me toward the south, and behold, there was a gate on the south. Andhe measured its jambs and its vestibule; they had the same size as the others.
25 그 문간과 현관 좌우에 있는 창도 먼저 말한 창과 같더라 그 문간의 길이는 쉰 척이요 너비는 스물다섯 척이며
25 Both it and its vestibulehad windows all around, like the windows of the others. Its length was fifty cubits, and its breadth twenty-five cubits.
26 또 그리로 올라가는 일곱 층계가 있고 그 안에 현관이 있으며 또 이쪽 저쪽 문 벽 위에 종려나무를 새겼으며
26 And there were seven steps leading up to it, and its vestibule was before them, and it hadpalm trees on its jambs, one on either side.
27 안뜰에도 남쪽을 향한 문간이 있는데 그가 남쪽을 향한 그 문간에서 맞은쪽 문간까지 측량하니 백 척이더라
27 And there was a gate on the south ofthe inner court. And he measured from gate to gate toward the south, a hundred cubits.
28 그가 나를 데리고 그 남문을 통하여 안뜰에 들어가서 그 남문의 너비를 측량하니 크기는
28 Then he brought me tothe inner court through the south gate, andhe measured the south gate. It was of the same size as the others.
29 길이가 쉰 척이요 너비가 스물다섯 척이며 그 문지기 방과 벽과 현관도 먼저 측량한 것과 같고 그 문간과 그 현관 좌우에도 창이 있으며
29 Itsside rooms, its jambs, and its vestibule were of the same size as the others, and both it and its vestibulehad windows all around.Its length was fifty cubits, and its breadth twenty-five cubits.
30 그 사방 현관의 길이는 스물다섯 척이요 너비는 다섯 척이며
30 And there were vestibules all around, twenty-five cubits long and five cubits broad.
31 현관이 바깥뜰로 향하였고 그 문 벽 위에도 종려나무를 새겼으며 그 문간으로 올라가는 여덟 층계가 있더라
31 Its vestibule faced the outer court, andpalm trees were on its jambs, andits stairway had eight steps.
32 그가 나를 데리고 안뜰 동쪽으로 가서 그 문간을 측량하니 크기는
32 Then he brought me to the inner court on the east side, andhe measured the gate. It was of the same size as the others.
33 길이가 쉰 척이요 너비가 스물다섯 척이며 그 문지기 방과 벽과 현관이 먼저 측량한 것과 같고 그 문간과 그 현관 좌우에도 창이 있으며
33 Its side rooms, its jambs, and its vestibule were of the same size as the others, and both it and its vestibule had windows all around. Its length was fifty cubits, and its breadth twenty-five cubits.
34 그 현관이 바깥뜰로 향하였고 그 이쪽, 저쪽 문 벽 위에도 종려나무를 새겼으며 그 문간으로 올라가는 여덟 층계가 있더라
34 Its vestibule faced the outer court, and it had palm trees on its jambs, on either side, and its stairway had eight steps.
35 그가 또 나를 데리고 북문에 이르러 측량하니 크기는
35 Then he brought me tothe north gate, andhe measured it. It had the same size as the others.
36 길이가 쉰 척이요 너비가 스물다섯 척이며 그 문지기 방과 벽과 현관이 다 그러하여 그 좌우에도 창이 있으며
36 Its side rooms, its jambs, and its vestibule were of the same size as the others,and it had windows all around. Its length was fifty cubits, and its breadth twenty-five cubits.
37 그 현관이 바깥뜰로 향하였고 그 이쪽, 저쪽 문 벽 위에도 종려나무를 새겼으며 그 문간으로 올라가는 여덟 층계가 있더라
37 Its vestibulefaced the outer court, and it had palm trees on its jambs, on either side, and its stairway had eight steps.
38 그 문 벽 곁에 문이 있는 방이 있는데 그것은 번제물을 씻는 방이며
38 There wasa chamber with its door in the vestibule of the gate,where the burnt offering was to be washed.
39 그 문의 현관 이쪽에 상 둘이 있고 저쪽에 상 둘이 있으니 그 위에서 번제와 속죄제와 속건제의 희생제물을 잡게 한 것이며
39 And in the vestibule of the gate were twotables on either side, on which theburnt offering and thesin offering and theguilt offering were to be slaughtered.
40 그 북문 바깥 곧 입구로 올라가는 곳 이쪽에 상 둘이 있고 문의 현관 저쪽에 상 둘이 있으니
40 And off to the side, on the outside as one goes up to the entrance of the north gate, were two tables; and off to the other side of the vestibule of the gate were two tables.
41 문 곁 이쪽에 상이 넷이 있고 저쪽에 상이 넷이 있어 상이 모두 여덟 개라 그 위에서 희생제물을 잡았더라
41 Four tables were on either side of the gate, eight tables,on which to slaughter.
42 또 다듬은 돌로 만들어 번제에 쓰는 상 넷이 있는데 그 길이는 한 척 반이요 너비는 한 척 반이요 높이는 한 척이라 번제의 희생제물을 잡을 때에 쓰는 기구가 그 위에 놓였으며
42 And there were four tablesof hewn stone for the burnt offering, a cubit and a half long, and a cubit and a half broad, and one cubit high, on which the instruments were to be laid with which theburnt offerings and the sacrifices were slaughtered.
43 현관 안에는 길이가 손바닥 넓이만한 갈고리가 사방에 박혔으며 상들에는 희생제물의 고기가 있더라
43 And hooks,a handbreadth long, were fastened all around within. And on the tables the flesh of the offering was to be laid.야고보서
4장
1 너희 중에 싸움이 어디로부터 다툼이 어디로부터 나느냐 너희 지체 중에서 싸우는 정욕으로부터 나는 것이 아니냐
1 What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passionsareat war within you?
2 너희는 욕심을 내어도 얻지 못하여 살인하며 시기하여도 능히 취하지 못하므로 다투고 싸우는도다 너희가 얻지 못함은 구하지 아니하기 때문이요
2 You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask.
3 구하여도 받지 못함은 정욕으로 쓰려고 잘못 구하기 때문이라
3 You ask and do not receive, because you askwrongly, to spend it on your passions.
4 간음한 여인들아 세상과 벗된 것이 하나님과 원수 됨을 알지 못하느냐 그런즉 누구든지 세상과 벗이 되고자 하는 자는 스스로 하나님과 원수 되는 것이니라
4 You adulterous people!Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
5 너희는 하나님이 우리 속에 거하게 하신 성령이 시기하기까지 사모한다 하신 말씀을 헛된 줄로 생각하느냐
5 Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says,He yearns jealously over the spiritthat he has made to dwell in us?
6 그러나 더욱 큰 은혜를 주시나니 그러므로 일렀으되 하나님이 교만한 자를 물리치시고 겸손한 자에게 은혜를 주신다 하였느니라
6 Buthe gives more grace. Therefore it says,God opposes the proud, butgives grace to the humble.
7 그런즉 너희는 하나님께 복종할지어다 마귀를 대적하라 그리하면 너희를 피하리라
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God.Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8 하나님을 가까이하라 그리하면 너희를 가까이하시리라 죄인들아 손을 깨끗이 하라 두 마음을 품은 자들아 마음을 성결하게 하라
8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.Cleanse your hands, you sinners, andpurify your hearts,you double-minded.
9 슬퍼하며 애통하며 울지어다 너희 웃음을 애통으로, 너희 즐거움을 근심으로 바꿀지어다
9 Be wretched and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.
10 주 앞에서 낮추라 그리하면 주께서 너희를 높이시리라
10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.
