에베소서 (Ephesians)
1
1 하나님의 뜻으로 말미암아 그리스도 예수의 사도 된 바울은 에베소에 있는 성도들과 그리스도 예수 안의 신실한 자들에게 편지하노니
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 하나님 우리 아버지와 주 예수 그리스도로 좇아 은혜와 평강이 너희에게 있을찌어다
2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 찬송하리로다 하나님 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지께서 그리스도 안에서 하늘에 속한 모든 신령한 복으로 우리에게 복 주시되
3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
4 곧 창세 전에 그리스도 안에서 우리를 택하사 우리로 사랑 안에서 그 앞에 거룩하고 흠이 없게 하시려고
4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love
5 그 기쁘신 뜻대로 우리를 예정하사 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 자기의 아들들이 되게 하셨으니
5 he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will--
6 이는 그의 사랑하시는 자 안에서 우리에게 거저 주시는바 그의 은혜의 영광을 찬미하게 하려는 것이라
6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.
7 우리가 그리스도 안에서 그의 은혜의 풍성함을 따라 그의 피로 말미암아 구속 곧 죄 사함을 받았으니
7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God`s grace
8 이는 그가 모든 지혜와 총명으로 우리에게 넘치게 하사
8 that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.
9 그 뜻의 비밀을 우리에게 알리셨으니 곧 그 기쁘심을 따라 그리스도 안에서 때가 찬 경륜을 위하여 예정하신 것이니
9 And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ,
10 하늘에 있는 것이나 땅에 있는 것이 다 그리스도 안에서 통일되게 하려 하심이라
10 to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment--to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.
11 모든 일을 그 마음의 원대로 역사하시는 자의 뜻을 따라 우리가 예정을 입어 그 안에서 기업이 되었으니
11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,
12 이는 그리스도 안에서 전부터 바라던 우리로 그의 영광의 찬송이 되게 하려 하심이라
12 in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.
13 그 안에서 너희도 진리의 말씀 곧 너희의 구원의 복음을 듣고 그 안에서 또한 믿어 약속의 성령으로 인치심을 받았으니
13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,
14 이는 우리의 기업에 보증이 되사 그 얻으신 것을 구속하시고 그의 영광을 찬미하게 하려 하심이라
14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God`s possession--to the praise of his glory.
15 이를 인하여 주 예수 안에서 너희 믿음과 모든 성도를 향한 사랑을 나도 듣고
15 For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,
16 너희를 인하여 감사하기를 마지아니하고 내가 기도할 때에 너희를 말하노라
16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.
17 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 하나님, 영광의 아버지께서 지혜와 계시의 정신을 너희에게 주사 하나님을 알게 하시고
17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
18 너희 마음눈을 밝히사 그의 부르심의 소망이 무엇이며 성도 안에서 그 기업의 영광의 풍성이 무엇이며
18 I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,
19 그의 힘의 강력으로 역사하심을 따라 믿는 우리에게 베푸신 능력의 지극히 크심이 어떤 것을 너희로 알게 하시기를 구하노라
19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength,
20 그 능력이 그리스도 안에서 역사하사 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살리시고 하늘에서 자기의 오른편에 앉히사
20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
21 모든 정사와 권세와 능력과 주관하는 자와 이 세상뿐 아니라 오는 세상에 일컫는 모든 이름 위에 뛰어나게 하시고
21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
22 또 만물을 그 발 아래 복종하게 하시고 그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 주셨느니라
22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,
23 교회는 그의 몸이니 만물 안에서 만물을 충만케 하시는 자의 충만이니라
23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.시편 (Psalms)
83
1 하나님이여 침묵치 마소서 하나님이여 잠잠치 말고 고요치 마소서
1 O God, do not keep silent; be not quiet, O God, be not still.
2 대저 주의 원수가 훤화하며 주를 한하는 자가 머리를 들었나이다
2 See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads.
3 저희가 주의 백성을 치려하여 간계를 꾀하며 주의 숨긴 자를 치려고 서로 의논하여
3 With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.
4 말하기를 가서 저희를 끊어 다시 나라가 되지 못하게 하여 이스라엘의 이름으로 다시는 기억되지 못하게 하자 하나이다
4 Come, they say, "let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more."
5 저희가 일심으로 의논하고 주를 대적하여 서로 언약하니
5 With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you-
6 곧 에돔의 장막과 이스마엘인과 모압과 하갈인이며
6 the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites,
7 그발과 암몬과 아말렉이며 블레셋과 두로 거민이요
7 Gebal, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre.
8 앗수르도 저희와 연합하여 롯 자손의 도움이 되었나이다(셀라)
8 Even Assyria has joined them to lend strength to the descendants of Lot. Selah
9 주는 미디안인에게 행하신 것 같이, 기손 시내에서 시스라와 야빈에게 행하신 것 같이 저희에게도 행하소서
9 Do to them as you did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon,
10 그들은 엔돌에서 패망하여 땅에 거름이 되었나이다
10 who perished at Endor and became like refuse on the ground.
11 저희 귀인으로 오렙과 스엡 같게 하시며 저희 모든 방백으로 세바와 살문나와 같게 하소서
11 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
12 저희가 말하기를 우리가 하나님의 목장을 우리의 소유로 취하자 하였나이다
12 who said, "Let us take possession of the pasturelands of God."
13 나의 하나님이여 저희로 굴러가는 검불 같게 하시며 바람에 날리는 초개 같게 하소서
13 Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind.
14 삼림을 사르는 불과 산에 붙는 화염 같이
14 As fire consumes the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze,
15 주의 광풍으로 저희를 쫓으시며 주의 폭풍으로 저희를 두렵게 하소서
15 so pursue them with your tempest and terrify them with your storm.
16 여호와여 수치로 저희 얼굴에 가득케 하사 저희로 주의 이름을 찾게 하소서
16 Cover their faces with shame so that men will seek your name, O LORD.
17 저희로 수치를 당하여 영원히 놀라게 하시며 낭패와 멸망을 당케 하사
17 May they ever be ashamed and dismayed; may they perish in disgrace.
18 여호와라 이름하신 주만 온 세계의 지존자로 알게 하소서
18 Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD-- that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.
