데살로니가후서 (2 Thessalonians)
2:13-3:18
13 주의 사랑하시는 형제들아 우리가 항상 너희를 위하여 마땅히 하나님께 감사할 것은 하나님이 처음부터 너희를 택하사 성령의 거룩하게 하심과 진리를 믿음으로 구원을 얻게 하심이니
13 But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.
14 이를 위하여 우리 복음으로 너희를 부르사 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 영광을 얻게 하려 하심이니라
14 He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 이러므로 형제들아 굳게 서서 말로나 우리 편지로 가르침을 받은 유전을 지키라
15 So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.
16 우리 주 예수 그리스도와 우리를 사랑하시고 영원한 위로와 좋은 소망을 은혜로 주신 하나님 우리 아버지께서
16 May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope,
17 너희 마음을 위로하시고 모든 선한 일과 말에 굳게 하시기를 원하노라
17 encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
3장
1 종말로 형제들아 너희는 우리를 위하여 기도하기를 주의 말씀이 너희 가운데서와 같이 달음질하여 영광스럽게 되고
1 Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.
2 또한 우리를 무리하고 악한 사람들에게서 건지옵소서 하라 믿음은 모든 사람의 것이 아님이라
2 And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith.
3 주는 미쁘사 너희를 굳게 하시고 악한 자에게서 지키시리라
3 But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
4 너희에게 대하여는 우리의 명한 것을 너희가 행하고 또 행할 줄을 우리가 주 안에서 확신하노니
4 We have confidence in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we command.
5 주께서 너희 마음을 인도하여 하나님의 사랑과 그리스도의 인내에 들어가게 하시기를 원하노라
5 May the Lord direct your hearts into God`s love and Christ`s perseverance.
6 형제들아 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 너희를 명하노니 규모 없이 행하고 우리에게 받은 유전대로 행하지 아니하는 모든 형제에게서 떠나라
6 In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers, to keep away from every brother who is idle and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.
7 어떻게 우리를 본받아야 할 것을 너희가 스스로 아나니 우리가 너희 가운데서 규모 없이 행하지 아니하며
7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you,
8 누구에게서든지 양식을 값없이 먹지 않고 오직 수고하고 애써 주야로 일함은 너희 아무에게도 누를 끼치지 아니하려 함이니
8 nor did we eat anyone`s food without paying for it. On the contrary, we worked night and day, laboring and toiling so that we would not be a burden to any of you.
9 우리에게 권리가 없는 것이 아니요 오직 스스로 너희에게 본을 주어 우리를 본받게 하려 함이니라
9 We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to make ourselves a model for you to follow.
10 우리가 너희와 함께 있을 때에도 너희에게 명하기를 누구든지 일하기 싫어하거든 먹지도 말게 하라 하였더니
10 For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "If a man will not work, he shall not eat."
11 우리가 들은즉 너희 가운데 규모 없이 행하여 도무지 일하지 아니하고 일만 만드는 자들이 있다 하니
11 We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies.
12 이런 자들에게 우리가 명하고 주 예수 그리스도 안에서 권하기를 종용히 일하여 자기 양식을 먹으라 하노라
12 Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat.
13 형제들아 너희는 선을 행하다가 낙심치 말라
13 And as for you, brothers, never tire of doing what is right.
14 누가 이 편지에 한 우리 말을 순종치 아니하거든 그 사람을 지목하여 사귀지 말고 저로 하여금 부끄럽게 하라
14 If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of him. Do not associate with him, in order that he may feel ashamed.
15 그러나 원수와 같이 생각지 말고 형제 같이 권하라
15 Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.
16 평강의 주께서 친히 때마다 일마다 너희에게 평강을 주시기를 원하노라 주는 너희 모든 사람과 함께 하실찌어다
16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
17 나 바울은 친필로 문안하노니 이는 편지마다 표적이기로 이렇게 쓰노라
17 I, Paul, write this greeting in my own hand, which is the distinguishing mark in all my letters. This is how I write.
18 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜가 너희 무리에게 있을찌어다
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.시편 (Psalms)

1 여호와께 감사하라 그는 선하시며 그 인자하심이 영원함이로다
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
2 여호와께 구속함을 받은 자는 이 같이 말할찌어다 여호와께서 대적의 손에서 저희를 구속하사
2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say this-- those he redeemed from the hand of the foe,
3 동서 남북 각 지방에서부터 모으셨도다
3 those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.
4 저희가 광야 사막 길에서 방황하며 거할 성을 찾지 못하고
4 Some wandered in desert wastelands, finding no way to a city where they could settle.
5 주리고 목마름으로 그 영혼이 속에서 피곤하였도다
5 They were hungry and thirsty, and their lives ebbed away.
6 이에 저희가 그 근심 중에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그 고통에서 건지시고
6 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress.
7 또 바른 길로 인도하사 거할 성에 이르게 하셨도다
7 He led them by a straight way to a city where they could settle.
8 여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기이한 일을 인하여 그를 찬송할찌로다
8 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men,
9 저가 사모하는 영혼을 만족케 하시며 주린 영혼에게 좋은 것으로 채워주심이로다
9 for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.
10 사람이 흑암과 사망의 그늘에 앉으며 곤고와 쇠사슬에 매임은
10 Some sat in darkness and the deepest gloom, prisoners suffering in iron chains,
11 하나님의 말씀을 거역하며 지존자의 뜻을 멸시함이라
11 for they had rebelled against the words of God and despised the counsel of the Most High.
12 그러므로 수고로 저희 마음을 낮추셨으니 저희가 엎드러져도 돕는 자가 없었도다
12 So he subjected them to bitter labor; they stumbled, and there was no one to help.
13 이에 저희가 그 근심 중에 여호와께 부르짖으매 그 고통에서 구원하시되
13 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
14 흑암과 사망의 그늘에서 인도하여 내시고 그 얽은 줄을 끊으셨도다
14 He brought them out of darkness and the deepest gloom and broke away their chains.
15 여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기이한 일을 인하여 그를 찬송할찌로다
15 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men,
16 저가 놋문을 깨뜨리시며 쇠 빗장을 꺾으셨음이로다
16 for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.
17 미련한 자는 저희 범과와 죄악의 연고로 곤난을 당하매
17 Some became fools through their rebellious ways and suffered affliction because of their iniquities.
18 저희 혼이 각종 식물을 싫어하여 사망의 문에 가깝도다
18 They loathed all food and drew near the gates of death.
19 이에 저희가 그 근심 중에서 여호와께 부르짖으매 그 고통에서 구원하시되
19 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
20 저가 그 말씀을 보내어 저희를 고치사 위경에서 건지시는도다
20 He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
21 여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기이한 일을 인하여 그를 찬송할찌로다
21 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men.
22 감사제를 드리며 노래하여 그 행사를 선포할찌로다
22 Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy.
23 선척을 바다에 띄우며 큰 물에서 영업하는 자는
23 Others went out on the sea in ships; they were merchants on the mighty waters.
24 여호와의 행사와 그 기사를 바다에서 보나니
24 They saw the works of the LORD, his wonderful deeds in the deep.
25 여호와께서 명하신즉 광풍이 일어나서 바다 물결을 일으키는도다
25 For he spoke and stirred up a tempest that lifted high the waves.
26 저희가 하늘에 올랐다가 깊은 곳에 내리니 그 위험을 인하여 그 영혼이 녹는도다
26 They mounted up to the heavens and went down to the depths; in their peril their courage melted away.
27 저희가 이리 저리 구르며 취한 자 같이 비틀거리니 지각이 혼돈하도다
27 They reeled and staggered like drunken men; they were at their wits` end.
28 이에 저희가 그 근심 중에서 여호와께 부르짖으매 그 고통에서 인도하여 내시고
28 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress.
29 광풍을 평정히 하사 물결로 잔잔케 하시는도다
29 He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed.
30 저희가 평온함을 인하여 기뻐하는 중에 여호와께서 저희를 소원의 항구로 인도하시는도다
30 They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.
31 여호와의 인자하심과 인생에게 행하신 기이한 일을 인하여 그를 찬송할찌로다
31 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men.
32 백성의 회에서 저를 높이며 장로들의 자리에서 저를 찬송할찌로다
32 Let them exalt him in the assembly of the people and praise him in the council of the elders.
33 여호와께서는 강을 변하여 광야가 되게 하시며 샘으로 마른 땅이 되게 하시며
33 He turned rivers into a desert, flowing springs into thirsty ground,
34 그 거민의 악을 인하여 옥토로 염밭이 되게 하시며
34 and fruitful land into a salt waste, because of the wickedness of those who lived there.
35 또 광야를 변하여 못이 되게 하시며 마른 땅으로 샘물이 되게 하시고
35 He turned the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into flowing springs;
36 주린 자로 거기 거하게 하사 저희로 거할 성을 예비케 하시고
36 there he brought the hungry to live, and they founded a city where they could settle.
37 밭에 파종하며 포도원을 재배하여 소산을 취케 하시며
37 They sowed fields and planted vineyards that yielded a fruitful harvest;
38 또 복을 주사 저희로 크게 번성케 하시고 그 가축이 감소치 않게 하실지라도
38 he blessed them, and their numbers greatly increased, and he did not let their herds diminish.
39 다시 압박과 곤란과 우환을 인하여 저희로 감소하여 비굴하게 하시는도다
39 Then their numbers decreased, and they were humbled by oppression, calamity and sorrow;
40 여호와께서는 방백들에게 능욕을 부으시고 길 없는 황야에서 유리케 하시나
40 he who pours contempt on nobles made them wander in a trackless waste.
41 궁핍한 자는 곤란에서 높이 드시고 그 가족을 양무리 같게 하시나니
41 But he lifted the needy out of their affliction and increased their families like flocks.
42 정직한 자는 보고 기뻐하며 모든 악인은 자기 입을 봉하리로다
42 The upright see and rejoice, but all the wicked shut their mouths.
43 지혜 있는 자들은 이 일에 주의하고 여호와의 인자하심을 깨달으리로다
43 Whoever is wise, let him heed these things and consider the great love of the LORD.
