4-5
욥4:1 데만 사람 엘리바스가 대답하여 이르되 [개역개정]
Job4:1 Then Eliphaz the Temanite replied: [NIV]욥4:2 누가 네게 말하면 네가 싫증을 내겠느냐, 누가 참고 말하지 아니하겠느냐 [개역개정]
Job4:2 "If someone ventures a word with you, will you be impatient? But who can keep from speaking? [NIV]욥4:3 보라 전에 네가 여러 사람을 훈계하였고 손이 늘어진 자를 강하게 하였고 [개역개정]
Job4:3 Think how you have instructed many, how you have strengthened feeble hands. [NIV]욥4:4 넘어지는 자를 말로 붙들어 주었고 무릎이 약한 자를 강하게 하였거늘 [개역개정]
Job4:4 Your words have supported those who stumbled; you have strengthened faltering knees. [NIV]욥4:5 이제 이 일이 네게 이르매 네가 힘들어 하고 이 일이 네게 닥치매 네가 놀라는구나 [개역개정]
Job4:5 But now trouble comes to you, and you are discouraged; it strikes you, and you are dismayed. [NIV]욥4:6 네 경외함이 네 자랑이 아니냐 네 소망이 네 온전한 길이 아니냐 [개역개정]
Job4:6 Should not your piety be your confidence and your blameless ways your hope? [NIV]욥4:7 생각하여 보라 죄 없이 망한 자가 누구인가 정직한 자의 끊어짐이 어디 있는가 [개역개정]
Job4:7 "Consider now: Who, being innocent, has ever perished? Where were the upright ever destroyed? [NIV]욥4:8 내가 보건대 악을 밭 갈고 독을 뿌리는 자는 그대로 거두나니 [개역개정]
Job4:8 As I have observed, those who plow evil and those who sow trouble reap it. [NIV]욥4:9 다 하나님의 입 기운에 멸망하고 그의 콧김에 사라지느니라 [개역개정]
Job4:9 At the breath of God they are destroyed; at the blast of his anger they perish. [NIV]욥4:10 사자의 우는 소리와 젊은 사자의 소리가 그치고 어린 사자의 이가 부러지며 [개역개정]
Job4:10 The lions may roar and growl, yet the teeth of the great lions are broken. [NIV]욥4:11 사자는 사냥한 것이 없어 죽어 가고 암사자의 새끼는 흩어지느니라 [개역개정]
Job4:11 The lion perishes for lack of prey, and the cubs of the lioness are scattered. [NIV]욥4:12 어떤 말씀이 내게 가만히 이르고 그 가느다란 소리가 내 귀에 들렸었나니 [개역개정]
Job4:12 "A word was secretly brought to me, my ears caught a whisper of it. [NIV]욥4:13 사람이 깊이 잠들 즈음 내가 그 밤에 본 환상으로 말미암아 생각이 번거로울 때에 [개역개정]
Job4:13 Amid disquieting dreams in the night, when deep sleep falls on men, [NIV]욥4:14 두려움과 떨림이 내게 이르러서 모든 뼈마디가 흔들렸느니라 [개역개정]
Job4:14 fear and trembling seized me and made all my bones shake. [NIV]욥4:15 그 때에 영이 내 앞으로 지나매 내 몸에 털이 주뼛하였느니라 [개역개정]
Job4:15 A spirit glided past my face, and the hair on my body stood on end. [NIV]욥4:16 그 영이 서 있는데 나는 그 형상을 알아보지는 못하여도 오직 한 형상이 내 눈 앞에 있었느니라 그 때에 내가 조용한 중에 한 목소리를 들으니 [개역개정]
Job4:16 It stopped, but I could not tell what it was. A form stood before my eyes, and I heard a hushed voice: [NIV]욥4:17 사람이 어찌 하나님보다 의롭겠느냐 사람이 어찌 그 창조하신 이보다 깨끗하겠느냐 [개역개정]
Job4:17 'Can a mortal be more righteous than God? Can a man be more pure than his Maker? [NIV]욥4:18 하나님은 그의 종이라도 그대로 믿지 아니하시며 그의 천사라도 미련하다 하시나니 [개역개정]
Job4:18 If God places no trust in his servants, if he charges his angels with error, [NIV]욥4:19 하물며 흙 집에 살며 티끌로 터를 삼고 하루살이 앞에서라도 무너질 자이겠느냐 [개역개정]
Job4:19 how much more those who live in houses of clay, whose foundations are in the dust, who are crushed more readily than a moth! [NIV]욥4:20 아침과 저녁 사이에 부스러져 가루가 되며 영원히 사라지되 기억하는 자가 없으리라 [개역개정]
Job4:20 Between dawn and dusk they are broken to pieces; unnoticed, they perish forever. [NIV]욥4:21 장막 줄이 그들에게서 뽑히지 아니하겠느냐 그들은 지혜가 없이 죽느니라 [개역개정]
Job4:21 Are not the cords of their tent pulled up, so that they die without wisdom?' [NIV]5장
욥5:1 너는 부르짖어 보라 네게 응답할 자가 있겠느냐 거룩한 자 중에 네가 누구에게로 향하겠느냐 [개역개정]
Job5:1 "Call if you will, but who will answer you? To which of the holy ones will you turn? [NIV]욥5:2 분노가 미련한 자를 죽이고 시기가 어리석은 자를 멸하느니라 [개역개정]
Job5:2 Resentment kills a fool, and envy slays the simple. [NIV]욥5:3 내가 미련한 자가 뿌리 내리는 것을 보고 그의 집을 당장에 저주하였노라 [개역개정]
Job5:3 I myself have seen a fool taking root, but suddenly his house was cursed. [NIV]욥5:4 그의 자식들은 구원에서 멀고 성문에서 억눌리나 구하는 자가 없으며 [개역개정]
Job5:4 His children are far from safety, crushed in court without a defender. [NIV]욥5:5 그가 추수한 것은 주린 자가 먹되 덫에 걸린 것도 빼앗으며 올무가 그의 재산을 향하여 입을 벌리느니라 [개역개정]
Job5:5 The hungry consume his harvest, taking it even from among thorns, and the thirsty pant after his wealth. [NIV]욥5:6 재난은 티끌에서 일어나는 것이 아니며 고생은 흙에서 나는 것이 아니니라 [개역개정]
Job5:6 For hardship does not spring from the soil, nor does trouble sprout from the ground. [NIV]욥5:7 사람은 고생을 위하여 났으니 불꽃이 위로 날아 가는 것 같으니라 [개역개정]
Job5:7 Yet man is born to trouble as surely as sparks fly upward. [NIV]욥5:8 나라면 하나님을 찾겠고 내 일을 하나님께 의탁하리라 [개역개정]
Job5:8 "But if it were I, I would appeal to God; I would lay my cause before him. [NIV]욥5:9 하나님은 헤아릴 수 없이 큰 일을 행하시며 기이한 일을 셀 수 없이 행하시나니 [개역개정]
Job5:9 He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. [NIV]욥5:10 비를 땅에 내리시고 물을 밭에 보내시며 [개역개정]
Job5:10 He bestows rain on the earth; he sends water upon the countryside. [NIV]욥5:11 낮은 자를 높이 드시고 애곡하는 자를 일으키사 구원에 이르게 하시느니라 [개역개정]
Job5:11 The lowly he sets on high, and those who mourn are lifted to safety. [NIV]욥5:12 하나님은 교활한 자의 계교를 꺾으사 그들의 손이 성공하지 못하게 하시며 [개역개정]
Job5:12 He thwarts the plans of the crafty, so that their hands achieve no success. [NIV]욥5:13 지혜로운 자가 자기의 계략에 빠지게 하시며 간교한 자의 계략을 무너뜨리시므로 [개역개정]
Job5:13 He catches the wise in their craftiness, and the schemes of the wily are swept away. [NIV]욥5:14 그들은 낮에도 어두움을 만나고 대낮에도 더듬기를 밤과 같이 하느니라 [개역개정]
Job5:14 Darkness comes upon them in the daytime; at noon they grope as in the night. [NIV]욥5:15 하나님은 가난한 자를 강한 자의 칼과 그 입에서, 또한 그들의 손에서 구출하여 주시나니 [개역개정]
Job5:15 He saves the needy from the sword in their mouth; he saves them from the clutches of the powerful. [NIV]욥5:16 그러므로 가난한 자가 희망이 있고 악행이 스스로 입을 다무느니라 [개역개정]
Job5:16 So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts its mouth. [NIV]욥5:17 볼지어다 하나님께 징계 받는 자에게는 복이 있나니 그런즉 너는 전능자의 징계를 업신여기지 말지니라 [개역개정]
Job5:17 "Blessed is the man whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty. [NIV]욥5:18 하나님은 아프게 하시다가 싸매시며 상하게 하시다가 그의 손으로 고치시나니 [개역개정]
Job5:18 For he wounds, but he also binds up; he injures, but his hands also heal. [NIV]욥5:19 여섯 가지 환난에서 너를 구원하시며 일곱 가지 환난이라도 그 재앙이 네게 미치지 않게 하시며 [개역개정]
Job5:19 From six calamities he will rescue you; in seven no harm will befall you. [NIV]욥5:20 기근 때에 죽음에서, 전쟁 때에 칼의 위협에서 너를 구원하실 터인즉 [개역개정]
Job5:20 In famine he will ransom you from death, and in battle from the stroke of the sword. [NIV]욥5:21 네가 혀의 채찍을 피하여 숨을 수가 있고 멸망이 올 때에도 두려워하지 아니할 것이라 [개역개정]
Job5:21 You will be protected from the lash of the tongue, and need not fear when destruction comes. [NIV]욥5:22 너는 멸망과 기근을 비웃으며 들짐승을 두려워하지 말라 [개역개정]
Job5:22 You will laugh at destruction and famine, and need not fear the beasts of the earth. [NIV]욥5:23 들에 있는 돌이 너와 언약을 맺겠고 들짐승이 너와 화목하게 살 것이니라 [개역개정]
Job5:23 For you will have a covenant with the stones of the field, and the wild animals will be at peace with you. [NIV]욥5:24 네가 네 장막의 평안함을 알고 네 우리를 살펴도 잃은 것이 없을 것이며 [개역개정]
Job5:24 You will know that your tent is secure; you will take stock of your property and find nothing missing. [NIV]욥5:25 네 자손이 많아지며 네 후손이 땅의 풀과 같이 될 줄을 네가 알 것이라 [개역개정]
Job5:25 You will know that your children will be many, and your descendants like the grass of the earth. [NIV]욥5:26 네가 장수하다가 무덤에 이르리니 마치 곡식단을 제 때에 들어올림 같으니라 [개역개정]
Job5:26 You will come to the grave in full vigor, like sheaves gathered in season. [NIV]욥5:27 볼지어다 우리가 연구한 바가 이와 같으니 너는 들어 보라 그러면 네가 알리라 [개역개정]
Job5:27 "We have examined this, and it is true. So hear it and apply it to yourself." [NIV]시편(Psalms)
103편
시103:1 내 영혼아 여호와를 송축하라 내 속에 있는 것들아 다 그의 거룩한 이름을 송축하라 [개역개정]
Ps.103:1 Of David. Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. [NIV]시103:2 내 영혼아 여호와를 송축하며 그의 모든 은택을 잊지 말지어다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:2 Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits-- [NIV]시103:3 그가 네 모든 죄악을 사하시며 네 모든 병을 고치시며 [개역개정]
Ps.103:3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, [NIV]시103:4 네 생명을 파멸에서 속량하시고 인자와 긍휼로 관을 씌우시며 [개역개정]
Ps.103:4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, [NIV]시103:5 좋은 것으로 네 소원을 만족하게 하사 네 청춘을 독수리 같이 새롭게 하시는도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. [NIV]시103:6 여호와께서 공의로운 일을 행하시며 억압 당하는 모든 자를 위하여 심판하시는도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:6 The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. [NIV]시103:7 그의 행위를 모세에게, 그의 행사를 이스라엘 자손에게 알리셨도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel: [NIV]시103:8 여호와는 긍휼이 많으시고 은혜로우시며 노하기를 더디 하시고 인자하심이 풍부하시도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. [NIV]시103:9 자주 경책하지 아니하시며 노를 영원히 품지 아니하시리로다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; [NIV]시103:10 우리의 죄를 따라 우리를 처벌하지는 아니하시며 우리의 죄악을 따라 우리에게 그대로 갚지는 아니하셨으니 [개역개정]
Ps.103:10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. [NIV]시103:11 이는 하늘이 땅에서 높음 같이 그를 경외하는 자에게 그의 인자하심이 크심이로다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; [NIV]시103:12 동이 서에서 먼 것 같이 우리의 죄과를 우리에게서 멀리 옮기셨으며 [개역개정]
Ps.103:12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. [NIV]시103:13 아버지가 자식을 긍휼히 여김 같이 여호와께서는 자기를 경외하는 자를 긍휼히 여기시나니 [개역개정]
Ps.103:13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him; [NIV]시103:14 이는 그가 우리의 체질을 아시며 우리가 단지 먼지뿐임을 기억하심이로다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:14 for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. [NIV]시103:15 인생은 그 날이 풀과 같으며 그 영화가 들의 꽃과 같도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:15 As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field; [NIV]시103:16 그것은 바람이 지나가면 없어지나니 그 있던 자리도 다시 알지 못하거니와 [개역개정]
Ps.103:16 the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. [NIV]시103:17 여호와의 인자하심은 자기를 경외하는 자에게 영원부터 영원까지 이르며 그의 의는 자손의 자손에게 이르리니 [개역개정]
Ps.103:17 But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD'S love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children-- [NIV]시103:18 곧 그의 언약을 지키고 그의 법도를 기억하여 행하는 자에게로다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:18 with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. [NIV]시103:19 여호와께서 그의 보좌를 하늘에 세우시고 그의 왕권으로 만유를 다스리시도다 [개역개정]
Ps.103:19 The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. [NIV]시103:20 능력이 있어 여호와의 말씀을 행하며 그의 말씀의 소리를 듣는 여호와의 천사들이여 여호와를 송축하라 [개역개정]
Ps.103:20 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. [NIV]시103:21 그에게 수종들며 그의 뜻을 행하는 모든 천군이여 여호와를 송축하라 [개역개정]
Ps.103:21 Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. [NIV]시103:22 여호와의 지으심을 받고 그가 다스리시는 모든 곳에 있는 너희여 여호와를 송축하라 내 영혼아 여호와를 송축하라 [개역개정]
