요엘
2장
18 그 때에 여호와께서 자기의 땅을 극진히 사랑하시어 그의 백성을 불쌍히 여기실 것이라
18 Then theLordbecame jealous for his landand had pity on his people.
19 여호와께서 그들에게 응답하여 이르시기를 내가 너희에게 곡식과 새 포도주와 기름을 주리니 너희가 이로 말미암아 흡족하리라 내가 다시는 너희가 나라들 가운데에서 욕을 당하지 않게 할 것이며
19 TheLordanswered and said to his people,Behold,I am sending to yougrain, wine, and oil,and you will be satisfied;and I will no more make youa reproach among the nations.
20 내가 북쪽 군대를 너희에게서 멀리 떠나게 하여 메마르고 적막한 땅으로 쫓아내리니 그 앞의 부대는 동해로, 그 뒤의 부대는 서해로 들어갈 것이라 상한 냄새가 일어나고 악취가 오르리니 이는 큰 일을 행하였음이니라 하시리라
20 I will remove the northerner far from you,and drive him into a parched and desolate land,his vanguardintothe eastern sea,and his rear guardintothe western sea;the stench and foul smell of him will rise,for he has done great things.
21 땅이여 두려워하지 말고 기뻐하며 즐거워할지어다 여호와께서 큰 일을 행하셨음이로다
21 Fear not, O land;be glad and rejoice,fortheLordhas done great things!
22 들짐승들아 두려워하지 말지어다 들의 풀이 싹이 나며 나무가 열매를 맺으며 무화과나무와 포도나무가 다 힘을 내는도다
22 Fear not,you beasts of the field,forthe pastures of the wilderness are green;the tree bears its fruit;the fig tree andvine give their full yield.
23 시온의 자녀들아 너희는 너희 하나님 여호와로 말미암아 기뻐하며 즐거워할지어다 그가 너희를 위하여 비를 내리시되 이른 비를 너희에게 적당하게 주시리니 이른 비와 늦은 비가 예전과 같을 것이라
23 Be glad, O children of Zion,andrejoice in theLordyour God,for he has giventhe early rain for your vindication;he has poured down for you abundant rain,the early andthe latter rain, as before.
24 마당에는 밀이 가득하고 독에는 새 포도주와 기름이 넘치리로다
24 The threshing floors shall be full of grain;the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25 내가 전에 너희에게 보낸 큰 군대 곧 메뚜기와 느치와 황충과 팥중이가 먹은 햇수대로 너희에게 갚아 주리니
25 I will restoreto you the yearsthatthe swarming locust has eaten,the hopper,the destroyer, andthe cutter,my great army, which I sent among you.
26 너희는 먹되 풍족히 먹고 너희에게 놀라운 일을 행하신 너희 하나님 여호와의 이름을 찬송할 것이라 내 백성이 영원히 수치를 당하지 아니하리로다
26 You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied,and praise the name of theLordyour God,who has dealt wondrously with you.And my peopleshall never again be put to shame.
27 그런즉 내가 이스라엘 가운데에 있어 너희 하나님 여호와가 되고 다른 이가 없는 줄을 너희가 알 것이라 내 백성이 영원히 수치를 당하지 아니하리로다
27 You shall know that I amin the midst of Israel,and thatI am theLordyour Godand there is none else.And my peopleshall never again be put to shame.
28 그 후에 내가 내 영을 만민에게 부어 주리니 너희 자녀들이 장래 일을 말할 것이며 너희 늙은이는 꿈을 꾸며 너희 젊은이는 이상을 볼 것이며
28 And it shall come to pass afterward,thatI will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;your sons andyour daughters shall prophesy,your old men shall dream dreams,and your young men shall see visions.
29 그 때에 내가 또 내 영을 남종과 여종에게 부어 줄 것이며
29 Even on the male and female servantsin those days I will pour out my Spirit.
30 내가 이적을 하늘과 땅에 베풀리니 곧 피와 불과 연기 기둥이라
30 And I will showwonders in the heavens andon the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke.
31 여호와의 크고 두려운 날이 이르기 전에 해가 어두워지고 달이 핏빛 같이 변하려니와
31 The sun shall be turned to darkness,and the moon to blood,before the great and awesome day of theLordcomes.
32 누구든지 여호와의 이름을 부르는 자는 구원을 얻으리니 이는 나 여호와의 말대로 시온 산과 예루살렘에서 피할 자가 있을 것임이요 남은 자 중에 나 여호와의 부름을 받을 자가 있을 것임이니라
32 And it shall come to pass thateveryone who calls on the name of theLordshall be saved.For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as theLordhas said, and amongthe survivors shall be those whom theLordcalls.
3장
1 보라 그 날 곧 내가 유다와 예루살렘 가운데에서 사로잡힌 자를 돌아오게 할 그 때에
1 For behold,in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 내가 만국을 모아 데리고 여호사밧 골짜기에 내려가서 내 백성 곧 내 기업인 이스라엘을 위하여 거기에서 그들을 심문하리니 이는 그들이 이스라엘을 나라들 가운데에 흩어 버리고 나의 땅을 나누었음이며
2 I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. AndI will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land,
3 또 제비 뽑아 내 백성을 끌어 가서 소년을 기생과 바꾸며 소녀를 술과 바꾸어 마셨음이니라
3 andhave cast lots for my people, and have traded a boy for a prostitute, and have sold a girl for wine and have drunk it.
4 두로와 시돈과 블레셋 사방아 너희가 나와 무슨 상관이 있느냐 너희가 내게 보복하겠느냐 만일 내게 보복하면 너희가 보복하는 것을 내가 신속히 너희 머리에 돌리리니
4 What are you to me,O Tyre and Sidon, and allthe regions of Philistia? Are you paying me back for something? If you are paying me back,I will return your payment on your own head swiftly and speedily.
5 곧 너희가 내 은과 금을 빼앗고 나의 진기한 보물을 너희 신전으로 가져갔으며
5 Foryou have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried my rich treasures into your temples.
6 또 유다 자손과 예루살렘 자손들을 헬라 족속에게 팔아서 그들의 영토에서 멀리 떠나게 하였음이니라
6 You have soldthe people of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks in order to remove them far from their own border.
7 보라 내가 그들을 너희가 팔아 이르게 한 곳에서 일으켜 나오게 하고 너희가 행한 것을 너희 머리에 돌려서
7 Behold, I will stir them up from the place to which you have sold them, andI will return your payment on your own head.
8 너희 자녀를 유다 자손의 손에 팔리니 그들은 다시 먼 나라 스바 사람에게 팔리라 여호와께서 말씀하셨느니라
8 I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the people of Judah, and they will sell them to theSabeans, to a nation far away, for theLordhas spoken.
9 너희는 모든 민족에게 이렇게 널리 선포할지어다 너희는 전쟁을 준비하고 용사를 격려하고 병사로 다 가까이 나아와서 올라오게 할지어다
9 Proclaim this among the nations:Consecrate for war;stir up the mighty men.Let all the men of war draw near;let them come up.
10 너희는 보습을 쳐서 칼을 만들지어다 낫을 쳐서 창을 만들지어다 약한 자도 이르기를 나는 강하다 할지어다
10 Beat your plowshares into swords,andyour pruning hooks into spears;let the weak say,I am a warrior.
11 사면의 민족들아 너희는 속히 와서 모일지어다 여호와여 주의 용사들로 그리로 내려오게 하옵소서
11 Hasten and come,all you surrounding nations,and gather yourselves there.Bring down your warriors, OLord.
12 민족들은 일어나서 여호사밧 골짜기로 올라올지어다 내가 거기에 앉아서 사면의 민족들을 다 심판하리로다
12 Let the nations stir themselves upand come up tothe Valley of Jehoshaphat;for there I will sit to judgeall the surrounding nations.
13 너희는 낫을 쓰라 곡식이 익었도다 와서 밟을지어다 포도주 틀이 가득히 차고 포도주 독이 넘치니 그들의 악이 큼이로다
13 Put in the sickle,for the harvest is ripe.Go in, tread,for the winepress is full.The vats overflow,for their evil is great.
14 사람이 많음이여, 심판의 골짜기에 사람이 많음이여, 심판의 골짜기에 여호와의 날이 가까움이로다
14 Multitudes, multitudes,in the valley of decision!Forthe day of theLordis nearin the valley of decision.
15 해와 달이 캄캄하며 별들이 그 빛을 거두도다
15 The sun and the moon are darkened,and the stars withdraw their shining.
16 여호와께서 시온에서 부르짖고 예루살렘에서 목소리를 내시리니 하늘과 땅이 진동하리로다 그러나 여호와께서 그의 백성의 피난처, 이스라엘 자손의 산성이 되시리로다
16 TheLordroars from Zion,andutters his voice from Jerusalem,and the heavens and the earth quake.But theLordisa refuge to his people,a stronghold to the people of Israel.
17 그런즉 너희가 나는 내 성산 시온에 사는 너희 하나님 여호와인 줄 알 것이라 예루살렘이 거룩하리니 다시는 이방 사람이 그 가운데로 통행하지 못하리로다
17 So you shall know that I am theLordyour God,who dwells in Zion,my holy mountain.And Jerusalem shall be holy,andstrangers shall never again pass through it.
18 그 날에 산들이 단 포도주를 떨어뜨릴 것이며 작은 산들이 젖을 흘릴 것이며 유다 모든 시내가 물을 흘릴 것이며 여호와의 성전에서 샘이 흘러 나와서 싯딤 골짜기에 대리라
18 And in that daythe mountains shall drip sweet wine,and the hills shall flow with milk,andall the streambeds of Judahshall flow with water;and a fountain shall come forth from the house of theLordand water the Valley ofShittim.
19 그러나 애굽은 황무지가 되겠고 에돔은 황무한 들이 되리니 이는 그들이 유다 자손에게 포악을 행하여 무죄한 피를 그 땅에서 흘렸음이니라
19 Egypt shall become a desolationandEdom a desolate wilderness,for the violence done to the people of Judah,because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
20 유다는 영원히 있겠고 예루살렘은 대대로 있으리라
20 But Judah shall be inhabited forever,and Jerusalem to all generations.
21 내가 전에는 그들의 피흘림 당한 것을 갚아 주지 아니하였거니와 이제는 갚아 주리니 이는 여호와께서 시온에 거하심이니라
21 I will avenge their blood,blood I have not avenged,for theLorddwells in Zion.요한계시록
2장
18 두아디라 교회의 사자에게 편지하라 그 눈이 불꽃 같고 그 발이 빛난 주석과 같은 하나님의 아들이 이르시되
18 And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write:The words of the Son of God,who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like burnished bronze.
19 내가 네 사업과 사랑과 믿음과 섬김과 인내를 아노니 네 나중 행위가 처음 것보다 많도다
19 I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first.
20 그러나 네게 책망할 일이 있노라 자칭 선지자라 하는 여자 이세벨을 네가 용납함이니 그가 내 종들을 가르쳐 꾀어 행음하게 하고 우상의 제물을 먹게 하는도다
20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that womanJezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servantsto practice sexual immorality andto eat food sacrificed to idols.
21 또 내가 그에게 회개할 기회를 주었으되 자기의 음행을 회개하고자 하지 아니하는도다
21 I gave her time to repent, butshe refuses to repent of her sexual immorality.
22 볼지어다 내가 그를 침상에 던질 터이요 또 그와 더불어 간음하는 자들도 만일 그의 행위를 회개하지 아니하면 큰 환난 가운데에 던지고
22 Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works,
23 또 내가 사망으로 그의 자녀를 죽이리니 모든 교회가 나는 사람의 뜻과 마음을 살피는 자인 줄 알지라 내가 너희 각 사람의 행위대로 갚아 주리라
23 and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am hewho searches mind and heart, andI will give to each of you according to your works.
24 두아디라에 남아 있어 이 교훈을 받지 아니하고 소위 사탄의 깊은 것을 알지 못하는 너희에게 말하노니 다른 짐으로 너희에게 지울 것은 없노라
24 But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not learned what some callthe deep things of Satan, to you I say, Ido not lay on you any other burden.
25 다만 너희에게 있는 것을 내가 올 때까지 굳게 잡으라
25 Only hold fastwhat you have until I come.
26 이기는 자와 끝까지 내 일을 지키는 그에게 만국을 다스리는 권세를 주리니
26 The one who conquers and who keeps my worksuntil the end,to him I will give authority over the nations,
27 그가 철장을 가지고 그들을 다스려 질그릇 깨뜨리는 것과 같이 하리라 나도 내 아버지께 받은 것이 그러하니라
27 andhe willrule them with a rod of iron,as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.
28 내가 또 그에게 새벽 별을 주리라
28 And I will give himthe morning star.
29 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다
29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
